Linhan Fang received the B.S. degree in Agricultural Electrification from Nanjing Agricultural University, Nanjing, China in 2023 and the M.S. degree in Energy Engineering from The University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China in 2024. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Houston, Houston, TX, USA. His research interests include voltage regulation in distributed networks and power system reliability.
